Compressed air Dryers DAC series

Compressed air dryers DAC series has been developed to remove
humidity from the hygroscopic granules.
Thanks to their small dimensions and compact design they can be
installed directly on the injection moulding machines with material
throughputs up to 30kg/h. Compressed air dryers DAC series are
based on the result of the expansion of the compressed air to the
atmospheric pressure and on the treatment of the compressed air
with molecular sieves, to reach up to -50°C dew point values.


Main technical features:

• Microprocessor control panel with digital display;
• Automatic setting of the functioning parameters depending on
the material type and selected production have;
• Automatic partialisation system to prevent overheating
of material;
• Serial interface for the connection of supervisor system;
• Dew point control reading on the display (optional);
• Compact design to allow easy installation and extremely quick
and simple cleaning changing material;
• Insulated stainless-steel hoppers which allow application on food
and medical field.


Accessories on request:

• Venturi loader to conveying 2 materials on all models;
• Standard hopper loaders or centralized material conveying
system from DAC15.
