The blow-off nozzle is used for applications where ionization is combined with blowing air. Ionized air is often used when picking/piling products with a tendency to stick for example in printing machines, vibrating feeders, or when collecting finished details after injection moulding, in tablet manufacturing, in production control lines, and when filling tubes with pastes, creams, powder et cetera.
When cleaning details ionized air is often needed. Dust and sanitary problems often cause difficulties with static electricity and as a consequence charged details or surfaces of different materials attract dust, dirt, chips etc.
An effective cleaning and removing of charges is possible only when ionization and cleaning are combined.
