Volumetric dosing unit
The DM10-DM20 series of volumetric dosing unit has been designed for the automatic precise dosing of masterbatches, additives or plastic granules in a wide range of productions. Thanks to the geometry of its design, the performances gained by blending suitable technologies together with high material quality and to the flexibility of the range of models, can be installed in a wide area of applications ranging from extruders to injection and blow molding machines either of small or large throughputs. The dosing unit is equipped with a mirroprocessor-based control specifically design to control the brushless motor, witch assure high dosing precision togethrt with the wide set of interchangebale metering screws and cylinders, and the processing machine interface wiring-connection, to establish the proper dosing parameters once master percentage and shot weight - in case on injection molding - or hour throughput - in case of extrusion/blow molding - have been set.
